Taksin has pretty much been beaten back in Thailand very badly with the US$1.5 billion of his hard earned wealth being nationalized away.
A great deal of pressure have been bough on to Taksin by the Thai government-to the extent that the latest is the government ordering Thailand’s embassy in Dubai, to monitor and track Taksin’s activities. Obviously, that includes acquiring information on Taksin’s itinerary-as the Thai government did on the spy in Cambodia crisis.

The Thai government, trying to scuttle Taksin’s usage of Dubai, rushed to sign a convicted prisoner exchange treaty with Dubai. - Taksin net-working with some of Saudi Arabia’s richest people, with massive new city deal and the latest being oil exploration
- Taksin is involved with slowly building up a 100 channel satellite cable TV operations
- Taksin has gold and diamond mines throughout the global
- Taksin has been a target of assassination inside and outside of Thailand and thus his security is top notch, especially after the Thai government instructed its embassies globally to keep close track on Taksin’s activities
- Taksin is known to have used cutting-edge and very powerful lobbyist
- Taksin said in one of his latest interview that he has about US$200 million left
- Taksin is in contact with the Red Shirt global movement that has now formed a united front of Thais in some 30-40 countries
- Taksin is an important “Highly Controversial” international figure that can galvanize global media
