Red Shirt Warns: Bloodshed Cetain if Thaksin in Thai Jail as Sondhi Goes Free

Red Shirts issue stern warning, by Danny, this blog’s neutral analyst

Next time Thaksi will go straight to jail

Next time Thaksi will go straight to jail and supporters plan to get him out. peacefully or not

UK visa axe is causing those against Thaksin to have hopes to see their arch enemy jailed, but those that support Thaksin will not sit still seeing Yellow Shirt leader, Sondhi, protected by Thai courts, remains free for all the things he has done.

Today, the hughly respected and followed mass circulated daily, Thai Rath, ran in its premier column, that if the Red Shirts pressed ahead with getting Thaksin a pardon, there will be bloodshed in Thailand for sure as the PAD will certainly go on the offense. In response, a red shirt or NotPorChor told this blog that the opposite is also certainly to be true, that if Thaksin is bought back to go to Thai jail, they would also go on the offense to get Thaksin freed.

“Like hell I am going to do nothing, if Thaksin goes to jail when Sondhi does not get jail for all he has done,” said Chang, a Taxi driver from Korat and a Red Shirt.

The Democrat Party, also appear to be fanning the flames. Today, on TV channel 3, the channel broad casted Democrat MP attacking Thaksin as a “Cornered Dog.” The attack of the the hugely popular with many Thais, former PM of Thailand Thaksin, inflamed Thaksin supporters who said the Democrats has greatly insulted Thaksin and those that followers former Thai PM. Apart from calling Thaksion a “dog” the Democrats are also pressing the Somchai government to cancle Thaksin’s passport, as a way to corner Thaksin and so Thai police can being Thaksin to face “justice”, as Thaksin is a criminal.

“I am just curious why the Democrat stood by and did nothing, if they love justice and the rule of law so much, as the PAD did and are still doing illegal things,” said Chang, the Taxi driver.

PAD 9 leaders were charged with treason and a host of other things such as occupying the government house. However, PAD pressured of the Thai courts and behind the scene support in the Thai judiciary system, got the charge reversed and now the PAD occupation of the government house is protected by courts, by preventing the police to use force against the PAD.

Observers said the courts were also greatly influenced by the events on October 7th where PAD’s moved to surround the Parliament, was met by police and the resulting mayhem saw people injured and killed.

“If the courts and the Thai society in general is afraid of confrontations and blood to the point of letting PAD leaders go free and continues so many illegal act like occupying the government house, that has been going on indefinitely, just don’t come running to stop us not to use the same type of tactic to keep Thaksin out of jail,” said Nong, a NorPorCHor Red Shirt, rally organizer.

IN numbers, the PAD was able to muster, at the height of their power about 50,000 supporters-when they marched on Thaksin, and demanded the military staged a coup, which they eventually did about 3 years ago. While the Red shirt or the NorPorChor, got about 100,000 supporters going about a week ago in its gets together.

Responses

  1. the big crime is that the PAD was not supressed the first time that the police discovered that the protesters had weapons, how many months ago was that?

and the PAD leaders should be in gaol without bail waiting for their cases in court

I think Thaksin should appeal the recent court decision… careful research has shown that the Supreme Courts ruling on the status of the FIDF was contradicted in the Thaksin conflict of interest case…

the status of the FIDF (is it or is it not a government agency) needs to be reviewed by an appeals process and the contradiction explained to the satisfaction of the Thai people

I suspect that the court may not accept an appeal because it requires new information and this item has been ruled… hmmm a legal contradiction in the law books??? I wonder what this will do in Thailands future?

  2. the thing is – red shirts can’t do nothing to Sondhi (and perhaps nobody can do either), coz according to rumors is is backed by Prem. that pretty much explains why Sondhi is able to do all those insane things and get away with it.

  3. Not sure if this blog is as neutral as claimed.
